Elllistown itself is located only a 5 minute drive from Kildare village, Kildare outlets high end fashion village and 15 mins drive to the worlds famous Curragh Racecourse and fields.
The gated house itself has a rear private garden overlooking the roaming greens of Kildare.
Large reception hallway which has access to the games room with smart tv, Netflix, xbox and a double fold out sofa. Ideal for younger guests.
The large reception Livingroom also to the front of the house has smart tv, ample seating and a very comfortable reading chair with access to the large Irish Kitchen and dining area.
The Kitchen really is where the heart is with wooden beams across the ceiling from an old Irish chapel, it certainly adds to the cosy environment with splendid views and double doors to the rear yard. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons and ample seating with everything you need to cook a good meal and enjoy it with family and friends.
A separate utility room and WC are also located to the ground floor rear.
Upstairs through the heart of the house is a wonderful wooden stairwell with ample light and access to the bedrooms all with views of the Kildare countryside.
Master bedroom comes en suite with superking bed and walk in wardrobe. A second larg king size bed is in bedroom 2 to eth front. To the rear of the house is a double twin bedroom and lastly bedroom 4 is a double bedroom with study desk. Our main bathroom has a bath and walk in shower.
